We reply with the fixed price for your route — agreed before the ride, no surprises when you arrive.
Meet your driver
At the agreed time and pickup point, the driver is waiting or arrives shortly after. Pay however suits you — see our payment options.
No Cantonese? No problem
Everything by text
Our drivers speak Cantonese, not English, Japanese, or Korean — but you never need to speak to them directly. All communication happens through our team on WhatsApp, in your language, before the ride.
The driver navigates by address
Once your pickup and destination are confirmed with us, the driver has everything they need on their dispatch screen — no conversation required.
Keep your phone handy on arrival
If anything changes after you land (delayed baggage, a different exit), just message us and we relay it to the driver.

You can book entirely by WhatsApp text — most visitors do. Calling works too if you prefer.
That's completely normal — you book and communicate with our team in your language via WhatsApp beforehand, and the driver navigates from the confirmed address. No spoken conversation is needed during the ride.
We'll send you the car details (plate number) before you land or right after you message us on arrival — look for that plate at the pickup point.
