Routes from Around Hong Kong to the HZMB Hong Kong Port
From Kowloon and Hong Kong Island
Kowloon generally goes via West Kowloon Highway, Kwai Chung Highway, Tsing Yi and the North Lantau Highway to the Hong Kong Port; Hong Kong Island generally goes via the Western Harbour Crossing into West Kowloon, then joins Kwai Chung and Lantau-direction roads. From East New Territories

From West New Territories
Tsuen Wan, Kwai Tsing and Sham Tseng are relatively close to the Hong Kong Port; Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai can go via the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel or other roads to the Port based on the actual location. The Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel is currently toll-free.
From Tung Chung and Hong Kong Airport
The Hong Kong Port is near Hong Kong International Airport, so a trip from the airport or Tung Chung is a short one. The actual time is affected by the terminal, airport roads, port traffic and pickup/drop-off location.
The Tsing Ma Control Area toll is exempted
The route to the Hong Kong Port commonly uses Lantau and airport-direction roads. The Tsing Ma Control Area toll has been exempted, but a Hong Kong Island trip may involve a cross-harbour tunnel, and an East New Territories route may involve Tsing Sha Highway or the Tai Lam Tunnel. A flat fare should state whether common road tolls are included.
Hong Kong Airport to the HZMB Hong Kong Port
Hong Kong International Airport is adjacent to the HZMB Hong Kong Port, but they are not the same terminal. The HK-Macau shuttle bus terminates at the HZMB Macau checkpoint, not the Macau Peninsula town centre, a Taipa hotel or a Cotai hotel. After clearing Macau immigration and collecting luggage, passengers need to transfer to local Macau transport.

Suitable for travellers with less luggage who are familiar with the routes. Routes, stops and operating hours are subject to the latest information from the Macau Transport Bureau and bus companies.
Macau taxi

How Do I Transfer After the Shuttle Bus Arrives in Zhuhai?
The HK-Zhuhai shuttle bus terminates at the HZMB Zhuhai checkpoint. After clearing mainland immigration and customs, transfer to a Zhuhai public bus, taxi, ride-hailing service or other transport per your destination, to reach Gongbei, Xiangzhou, Hengqin, Zhuhai railway station, Zhuhai Airport or elsewhere.
The HK-Zhuhai line doesn't go directly to Gongbei
The Zhuhai checkpoint is not the same location as the Gongbei checkpoint or Zhuhai railway station. Travellers needing the high-speed rail or heading to a Gongbei hotel should separately budget the in-city transport time from the Zhuhai checkpoint to their destination.
Heading to Hengqin or Zhuhai Airport
Hengqin, Zhuhai Airport and western Zhuhai are still some distance from the Zhuhai checkpoint. If connecting to a flight, long-distance train or performance, allow time for mainland immigration, luggage collection and Zhuhai road traffic.
Don't confuse the Zhuhai checkpoint, the Gongbei checkpoint and the Hengqin checkpoint
The three checkpoints are in different locations with different connecting transport. Booking a Hong Kong taxi only requires specifying "HZMB Hong Kong Port", but when planning the onward Zhuhai trip, write out the actual destination clearly.

Information & Disclaimer: The HZMB Hong Kong Port and the HK-Macau/HK-Zhuhai shuttle buses currently provide 24-hour passenger service. Official information states the standard adult fare is HK$65/MOP$65 daytime and $70 nighttime; RMB58 daytime and RMB63 nighttime. Peak, off-peak and late-night frequencies are adjusted for passenger flow, roads and operations. Ordinary Hong Kong red, green and blue taxis only operate within Hong Kong and cannot carry ordinary passengers directly into Macau or Zhuhai.
