No. Tuen Mun to the airport doesn't cross the harbour, so the return tunnel fee doesn't apply; and the Tuen Mun-CLK Tunnel is toll-free. Our quote also already includes the luggage fee.
Tuen Mun is served mainly by New Territories green taxis (flag fall $25.5, can legally reach the airport and Tung Chung); if green taxi supply is tight at the time, an urban red taxi may also be dispatched (flag fall $29).
