No harbour crossing needed from Kowloon City to the airport
The Kowloon City district and Hong Kong Airport are both on the road network north of Victoria Harbour, and the common route doesn't go through the Cross-Harbour Tunnel, Eastern Harbour Crossing or Western Harbour Crossing, so there's no cross-harbour tunnel toll or return charge. The Tsing Ma Control Area toll has been exempted, and the Tsing Long Tunnel, Kap Shui Mun Tunnel and Airport Tunnel are also toll-free.
